Oral presentation:
Please bring your own computer.
・Each oral presentation will be 25 minutes in length (20 minutes for presentation, followed by a 5-minute question and answer period).
・Please arrive at the session room 5 minutes prior to the start of your session, and follow the instruction by the chairperson in the room.
・Your computer can be connected to the projector via HDMI and VGA interfaces. Please bring an adapter suitable for your computer, if necessary, as adapters will not be supplied.
Poster presentation:
The posters should be in A0 format- either portrait or landscape orientation.
・Poster presentation sessions will be 80 minutes. Please stay near your poster
throughout the session.
・Poster session rooms are open from 8:30am on each day. The poster must be
displayed before the poster session starts.
・Your designated display location is indicated by your paper number.
・Sticky tape or magnets will be provided.
