Oral Presentations:

1. Please use your own computer for your presentation.
2. Each oral presentation is allotted 25 minutes:20 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A.
3. Please arrive at the session room at least 5 minutes before the session starts and follow the instructions given by the session chair.
4. Projectors support HDMI and VGA(RGB) connections only. Please bring any necessary adapters, as none will be available at the venue.

Poster Presentations:

1. Posters cannot be printed at the venue. Please prepare and print your poster in advance.
2. Posters must be in portrait orientation, and the maximum size is A0.
3. Posters must be put up before the session begins. Your assigned display location will be indicated by your paper number (e.g., P-1, P-2).
4. Magnets for mounting posters will be provided at the venue.
5. Each poster session lasts 70 minutes. Presenters must remain near their posters throughout the session to respond to questions.
6. Posters must be removed by 4:00 PM on the day of your presentation.
