• Checking-in                             How to show tickets
  Start the Peatix App or go to https://peatix.com/, log in, tap on your JSLS2025 ticket under “My Tickets”. Ask a staff to “Tap to Check-in” or show the QR code at the registration desk.

• Cloakroom
  You may leave your bags and jackets at the registration desk. Please note that this is a simple storage area; do not leave valuables. Please make sure to retrieve your belongings before closing time: 17:45 on July 12 and 17:15 on July 13.

• Lunch
  We are now accepting reservations for a limited number of boxed lunches. Applications will be accepted until 23:59(JST) on Tuesday, July 8. If you have reserved a lunch, please pay in cash on the day of the event, with the exact amount if possible. Please note that cancellations will not be accepted after the above deadline. If you do not pick up your lunch on the day, you will be charged for the cost.

• Wi-Fi
  Eduroam is available at the venue. If your institution is a member of eduroam, please ensure you obtain your login credentials and complete your device setup before arriving.
  If your institution is not affiliated with eduroam, a guest Wi-Fi account will be provided at the registration desk.
  Note: Please set up your devices in advance. Technical support is not available at the venue.
