Registration
Registration for JSLS2025 should be completed through the Peatix platform linked below. Please note that creating a Peatix account is required to proceed with the registration.

All deadlines are based on Japan Standard Time (JST).
Important Notes for Attendees
- Payment: Only via Peatix, including on-site registration (Cash not accepted). A Peatix account is required to purchase tickets.
- Presenter Requirements:
- Oral/poster presenters must complete Early Bird registration by June 13, 23:59 JST.
- Presenters and first authors must complete membership registration and fee payment here by May 31.
- Student Participants: If you are not a member of JSLS, please send a photo of your student ID to jsls.treasurer@gmail.com promptly after registration.
- Conference Handbook: Access details will be emailed to registered participants.
- Check-in: Please show the ticket (QR code) at the reception desk. You can access your ticket from the “My Tickets” section in the Peatix app or by logging into the Peatix website.
- Reception Party: Scheduled for July 12 (Sat), 6-8pm. Registration closes when full.
- Receipts: Please obtain the receipt data from Peatix using this link.
- Invoices: The Japanese Society for Language Sciences does not have a registered invoice-issuing business number. No invoices compliant with the Japanese Invoice System can be issued.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations of registration will not be accepted. If you select the wrong category, your registration may be canceled (transaction fees non-refundable).
- Email Filtering: Please ensure Peatix emails are not marked as spam (especially for Yahoo, MSN, Gmail users)
