Oral presentation:

  1. Please bring your own computer.
  2. Each oral presentation will be 25 minutes in length (20 minutes for presentation, followed by a 5-minute question and answer period).
  3. Please arrive at the session room 5 minutes prior to the start of your session, and follow the instructions by the chairperson in the room.
  4. Your computer can be connected to the projector via HDMI and VGA interfaces. Please bring an adapter suitable for your computer, if necessary, as adapters will not be supplied.

Poster presentation:

  1. Posters cannot be printed at the conference venue. Please prepare your poster in advance.
  2. The posters should be in A0 format – either portrait or landscape orientation.
  3. Poster presentation sessions will be 60 minutes. Please stay near your poster throughout the session.
  4. Poster session rooms are open from 9:30am on each day. The posters must be displayed before the poster session starts.
  5. Your designated display location is indicated by your paper number.
  6. Thumbtacks will be provided.
